Work in progress

I’m currently working on my final project for my elements of media class.

I am designing a do not disturb sign for my office that incorporates an Arduino with a sensor that reacts to a movement for an extra layer that calls extra attention to anyone who approaches if my flag is raised in my office.

Here is my soft prototype, the next stage will be to design the flag with more whimsy and detail-I’m thinking of hand painting it. The design part of the artwork, I am keeping a secret at the moment, but I can promise everyday whimsy.

I also plan on programming the lights to make something more interesting than what they are right now – the lights are mostly for extra attention so it’s not gonna be super complicated but it will still be fun.
